What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level HR or organisational wellbeing role where I can apply industrial psychology knowledge, grow professionally, support teams, and contribute to employee performance and wellbeing.

I am an Industrial Psychology honours graduate passionate about improving human performance and wellbeing through evidence-based interventions and supportive HR practices.

I have a deep understanding of motivation theory, team dynamics, performance management principles, and South African labour legislation including the Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.

My strengths include critical thinking, problem solving, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and discretion; I am disciplined, service-oriented, and work well under pressure.

I bring practical administrative and digital skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, virtual meeting platforms), a record of academic research on psychosocial support for teenage pregnancy, and a collaborative approach to contributing quickly within HR or organisational wellbeing roles.
