What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining industrial psychology research or HR responsibilities with opportunities to support learning and development in a collaborative, evidence-driven environment.

I am an Industrial Psychology professional with hands-on experience in research assistance, human resources, and academic support. I completed advanced studies at the University of Johannesburg, including a Master of Commerce in Industrial Psychology.

My background includes data collection, interviewing, academic marking, and co-authoring a scholarly article, demonstrating strong research and writing abilities. I have undertaken HR tasks such as recruitment, leave capturing, terminations, filing, and data entry.

I have supported students in library and tutoring roles—managing book workflows, scanning, updating online resources, and assisting users with digital and physical materials. I also volunteered as an instructor teaching foundational maths, science, English, and basic computer skills.
