Natalie Van Aswegen

I am an industrial psychologist with leadership experience across HR, organisational development and learning and development. I have led HR operations, implemented HRIS, managed budgets and driven performance management and succession planning initiatives.

I have designed and delivered training programs, conducted training needs analyses, managed WSP and ATR submissions, and coordinated skills development and accreditation processes. My facilitation and coaching work supports behavioural change and safety-culture interventions.

As an HR leader I managed employment equity and BBBEE coordination, industrial relations matters including disciplinary processes and CCMA appearances, and recruitment and retention strategies. I develop employee wellness and career guidance programmes to improve engagement and retention.

I approach work pragmatically and strategically, combining evidence-based industrial psychology with hands-on HR delivery to align people practices with business goals and culture.
