I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in Labour Relations Management from North-West University, Potchefstroom campus. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in understanding employee behavior, engagement, and the principles of effective labour relations. I am particularly passionate about fostering positive workplace environments and aligning individuals with roles that leverage their strengths, which I believe enhances job satisfaction and retention.

During my time at university, I excelled academically while also engaging in sports, representing the North West in athletics at the provincial level for four consecutive years. My experience as an Assistant to the Occupational Health Practitioner allowed me to develop strong organizational skills and attention to detail, contributing to efficient healthcare operations.
