I am an honors graduate in psychology with over three years of experience dedicated to understanding and enhancing employee behavior in the workplace. In my recent position as an Online English Teacher at Native Camp, I tailored lesson plans to meet diverse student needs, ensuring both children and adults received quality education. Previously, as an Industrial Psychology Intern at the Department of Health, I played a pivotal role in recruitment outreach and organized seminars aimed at educating hospital staff about workplace improvements.
