What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support and IT Specialist with a strong background in technical troubleshooting, CRM systems, and client communication. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in fast-paced, high-volume environments supporting both internal teams and external customers through phone, chat, and email.
My experience spans technical support, sales development, and client onboarding. I’ve resolved mobile app issues, system errors, account-related concerns, and hardware/software problems while consistently meeting KPIs and maintaining high service standards. I’m comfortable using CRM and ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot to track, manage, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
In addition to technical support, I’ve worked in sales outreach, identifying client needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining accurate CRM records. This combination of technical and customer-facing experience allows me to not only solve problems but also guide users confidently through new systems and solutions.
I’m bilingual in English and French, detail-oriented, and known for clear communication with both technical and non-technical users. My approach is simple: solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and make complex systems feel easy to use.
