What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can combine IT support, client care, and web or mobile development, solve real user problems, grow my technical skills, and contribute to AI, automation, UI/UX, or security-focused products.

I've supported Saltel’s internal users and external clients by maintaining computers, troubleshooting hardware and software, and diagnosing network connectivity issues.

I also build and deploy web and mobile applications independently, including e-commerce, housing, pharmacy search, and civic reporting products using JavaScript, Firebase, and Tailwind CSS. I work directly with clients to resolve user-facing issues and explain technical fixes in clear, practical language.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and am interested in customer care, AI and automation, UI/UX design, security technology, and drone technology.
