I hold certifications including Microsoft IT Support and Google Digital Customer Engagement, and I pursue continuous learning through hackathons and specialized training.

In my recent role as a part-time IT Support Technician at CodeFusion, I provided technical support for network and system infrastructure, assisted in configuring and maintaining secure networks, and performed system diagnostics to ensure uptime. I have hands-on experience supporting cloud-based and local network environments.

My core strengths include technical troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware and software support, and cybersecurity awareness. I combine technical diagnostics skills with strong customer service and communication to resolve issues efficiently and maintain user satisfaction.
