At Brainlabs Digital, I lead People Partnering and Talent Acquisition for the India Data and Media verticals, supporting 250+ employees as the organization grew from 60 to over 220 people in 14 months.

I've led end-to-end people strategy across workforce planning, performance cycles, succession planning, compensation, engagement, retention, and organizational change. I use employee feedback, HR analytics, and workforce insights to help leaders make informed people decisions, including through a Looker Studio people-metrics dashboard and an N8N resume parser.

Previously, I owned the employee lifecycle for 150+ employees at Zentron Labs, introduced performance-linked compensation, and advanced DEI through flexible work options and creche access for new mothers. At Cognizant SoftVision, I served as lead HRBP for a 650+ member unit and made HR data a recurring input to delivery leadership.

Across Happiest Minds Technologies and Sobha Limited, I've managed appraisal and promotion cycles, attrition and retention initiatives, onboarding, sourcing, screening, and new-hire assimilation. I focus on building practical, efficient HR processes that help organizations scale high-performing teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.
