I’m looking for a dynamic company where I can keep empowering people—turning people strategies into action, strengthening engagement, and achieving big goals together through autonomy, accountability, and strong execution.

I’m a strategic HR Business Partner with 9+ years of experience turning people strategy into action plans that drive growth and keep employees excited to come to work.

In my current role, I partner with senior leaders as a people and organization advisor—leading organization design, workforce planning, and performance interventions. I also coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, people decision-making, and change management.

I focus heavily on talent, succession, and critical role decisions, while serving as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters. I translate business needs into clear, actionable people strategies with high autonomy and accountability.

Across my journey, I’ve led end-to-end talent management, strengthened employee engagement through initiatives like 1-on-1s, skip levels, and FGDs, and ensured compliance with labor laws and POSH requirements. I’ve also managed the employee lifecycle—onboarding to offboarding—along with HR policies, payroll inputs, and full and final settlement.
