What I'm looking for

I'm looking to shape people strategy, talent acquisition, employee experience, and retention for technology businesses, partnering with leaders to align workforce planning and culture initiatives with business outcomes.

I've shaped people operations and talent strategy across Bi3 Technologies, Cognisive, RigelSoft Technologies, and Tata Consultancy Services. At Cognisive, I led recruitment for senior and niche technology roles, strengthened employee experience and retention initiatives, and reduced senior L1 and L2 hiring needs by 88% through training and succession planning.

I've built HR functions from scratch, scaled teams from 20 to 60 employees, led compliance and ISO HR audits, and managed the full employee lifecycle. I balance business priorities with a people- and candidate-centric approach through workforce planning, engagement, employee relations, and data-informed retention strategies.
