I’m a results-driven VMS/MSP program management professional with 7+ years leading contingent and extended/elastic workforce programs across the APAC region. I’ve managed 20+ staffing suppliers while driving end-to-end requisition-to-onboarding workflows on SAP Fieldglass.

In my current role as Talent Acquisition Specialist – VMS/ MSP, I oversee elastic talent pools for T&M and SOW engagements via SAP Fieldglass and lead end-to-end SOW lifecycle management—from project intake and supplier engagement to drafting, approval routing, execution tracking, renewals, and change requests. I broadcast job postings, clarify scope via Spotlight calls, and ensure timely order fulfillment, while keeping records for work orders, timesheets, and contractor end-date tracking current.

I also own RFP/bid management and supplier governance: negotiating bill rates aligned with market benchmarks to optimize program cost efficiency, and aligning legal, procurement, and supplier teams for timely submissions. I bring hands-on experience with Workday for employee profile management and ServiceNow for asset/access request tracking, and I’ve supported scaled flexible-workforce operations with training, troubleshooting, and workforce reporting & analytics.
