At Genpact, I manage contingent workforce and advisor lifecycle operations for enterprise business programs, from demand intake and approvals through contracting, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding. I supported 100+ contractual hires and resources for India Digital Transformation initiatives during 2025–26.
I use Workday VNDLY to administer workforce requests and records, and coordinate compliance, background verification, and contract and SOW execution with business stakeholders, vendors, Finance, Legal, HR, and IT. I also use Power BI and Oracle-based reporting to track workforce activity and process status.
Earlier, at YRGCARE, I supported HR operations and workforce programs for Global Fund-supported public health and development initiatives. At Sopra Steria India, I supported UK staffing operations and achieved approximately 97% job-fill ratio through requirement management and delivery coordination; at Vbeyond Corporation, I managed international technical and professional hiring assignments.
