I’m a recruitment and workforce operations professional with 2.5+ years’ experience managing end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles. I handle resume screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and ATS management, with a strong focus on compliance and candidate experience.

Currently as an MSP Engagement Coordinator, I manage contingent workforce programs across multiple client sites and ensure alignment with labor laws, MSP guidelines, and internal policies. I drive vendor performance management using scorecards, SLA/KPI tracking, QBRs, and continuous improvement plans, supported by executive-level dashboards and MIS reporting.

I administer VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass and Beeline, oversee onboarding and lifecycle operations for contingent workers, and maintain accurate data capture and reporting integrity. I also support audit and compliance activities, coordinate with clients and vendors on requisitions and extensions, and deliver process training to ensure operational consistency and faster cycle times.
