I’m a talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic hiring, head hunting, end-to-end recruitment, and vendor management. I’ve supported internal and client-based hiring across multiple business units, with a strong focus on BFSI hiring.
I handle the full recruitment life cycle—requirements gathering, job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews using Zoom, WebEx, Skype, and Teams. I also set up online test screening using HackerRank, Mettl, CodeByte, and CodeChef.
I bring deep technical understanding to support recruiting for a wide range of roles, including Mobile (iOS/Android/Xamarin), Java/J2EE (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Web services), Core Java, .NET/ASP.NET, and major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
