I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end hiring and onboarding, build scalable recruitment strategies, and partner closely with stakeholders and leadership—turning complex requirements into measurable, SLAs-driven delivery.

I’m a Human Resource professional and Talent Acquisition consultant with 8+ years of experience driving recruitment, onboarding, people management, and hiring transformation across domestic & global organizations. I focus on building scalable recruitment strategies that improve both candidate and client experiences.

At Ernst & Young (EY), I lead end-to-end recruitment and strategic hiring initiatives across business functions, specializing in contract hiring. I implement sourcing strategies, manage recruitment governance aligned to SLAs and quality metrics, and lead candidate screenings through offer negotiation, documentation, BGV, and compliance.

Previously, I served as a TA-Coordinator at Avalara (Agreeya Solutions), acting as a POC for interview scheduling and ensuring smooth hiring operations through Workday and Jobvite. I managed complex calendars, maintained accurate candidate pipelines in Microsoft Excel, and supported global onboarding improvements using tools and structured onboarding approaches.
