I’m a customer-focused Senior ERP Consultant and Project Manager with 5+ years delivering ERP implementations, leading digital transformations, and building customer success operations that improve retention and satisfaction.

I’ve established and scaled ERP consulting capabilities from inception—designing full project lifecycle frameworks from sales handover to post-go-live support. I manage multiple ERP implementation and transformation projects across diverse industries, serving as the primary relationship owner for major, long-term client accounts.

My work centers on business process analysis, redesign, and system configuration, paired with workflow automation and reporting improvements that increase operational visibility. I’ve led customer success restructuring initiatives to drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement—while training, mentoring, and onboarding new consultants.

I also bring a strong operational and service mindset from account management and event/business development experience—helping teams align, execute, and deliver reliably.
