I am a bilingual senior project manager with 10+ years' experience delivering complex digital platforms, ERP/SaaS rollouts, and organisational change across global, multi-country environments. I lead end-to-end delivery—from scoping and build through UAT, cutover and hypercare—focusing on stakeholder alignment, governance, and measurable outcomes.

My experience includes delivering AI-enabled contact centre transformations, global ERP deployments across 75 country offices, and multi-vendor telephony programmes.
