What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end digital transformation and ERP programmes—combining governance, RAID, Agile/Waterfall delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement, while driving measurable outcomes across cloud, data and cybersecurity.

I’m a Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of experience delivering complex digital transformation, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud migration, cybersecurity, infrastructure and data programmes across defence, government, retail and technology. I’m proven in end-to-end delivery, multi-supplier management, executive stakeholder engagement, governance, RAID, budgets and business change using Agile, Waterfall and PRINCE2.

In my most recent work, I managed a £5M government data and analytics transformation programme and delivered a £2M infrastructure refresh supporting 5,000 users across 15 sites. I also led Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Azure cloud and systems integration programmes, including cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives within an SC-cleared defence environment—bringing structured delivery, testing readiness and adoption through to rollout.
