I am a hospitality and customer-service professional with a Bachelor (Honors) in Tourism and Hospitality Management and practical experience across hotels, retail, bars, and travel sales. I consistently deliver exceptional guest service, manage bookings and invoicing, and support daily operations using systems such as Booking.com and Fidelio.

In my current role as a hotel receptionist I prepare occupancy and revenue reports, upsell services, coordinate between departments, handle international guest correspondence in English, and train new reception staff. My background also includes retail procurement, bartending in high-traffic venues, and top-performing travel sales at tourism events.
