What I'm looking for

I seek a guest-focused hospitality or administrative role where I can apply reception, reporting and IT-adjacent skills, contribute to a collaborative team, and grow into operations or technical responsibilities.

I am a second-year computer engineering student and hospitality receptionist with hands-on front-desk experience.

I have welcomed guests, managed room availability, issued accommodation units, and coordinated transfers while using the OTA SYNC program. I also prepared and sent daily reports, handled incoming phone calls and emails, and managed building security alarms.

I combine strong computer operation skills, MS Office proficiency, C1 English and a B driving license with clear communication and a teamwork mindset, and I am focused on improving guest experiences and growing my operations and technical capabilities.
