I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can manage requests, bookings, and payments, support people attentively, and continue growing in a fast-paced team environment.

I've supported customers at Infocus Visa Concierge Service, handling incoming calls, CRM requests, bookings, and tailored product and service research. I manage multiple requests at once and resolve non-standard situations with care.
