What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced customer support or administrative role where I can own ticketing workflows, document cases accurately, coordinate schedules and records, and improve processes with clear communication and confidentiality.

I’m a detail-oriented customer service and administrative professional with experience managing high-volume support through phone, email, and live chat. I use CRM systems and ticketing platforms to create, update, and track cases—ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.

In administrative roles, I’ve overseen daily operations, improved office procedures to enhance productivity, and maintained strong electronic and physical filing systems for accurate record-keeping. I coordinate with vendors and suppliers for contract support and inventory levels, and I supervise administrative staff by delegating tasks and monitoring performance.

I also bring front-office experience from reception work—handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and preparing official documents and reports. Earlier, I developed marketing strategies, conducted market research, built client relationships, and analyzed sales data to recommend growth opportunities.
