In my role as Operations & Sales Manager, I drove sales through direct customer interaction, product recommendations, and upselling strategies. I managed client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, and I handled negotiations with customers and suppliers to optimize performance.

I also oversaw daily operations—inventory and logistics—while improving customer engagement and sales processes to contribute to revenue growth. I bring strong communication in English, Spanish, and Serbian, with a disciplined approach to managing multiple responsibilities.
