What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead multi-unit retail operations where I can grow sales, develop high-performing teams, improve operational performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

I'm leading two JCPenney Portraits studios, overseeing 15 employees, more than $433,000 in annual revenue, and approximately 320 customer appointments each month.
