I'm looking for an operations leadership role where I can develop teams, improve performance, manage workforce planning, and build a collaborative, people-first culture in a fast-paced environment.

I've led high-volume retail operations at Target, helping my team reach #1 in the district across multiple performance metrics.

As an Executive Team Lead, I improved speed metrics from negative performance levels to 80/100 through coaching, accountability, and clear expectations. I led daily operations for 100+ team members across multiple business areas.

Previously, I managed a 30-person team at Dutch Bros Coffee, balancing scheduling, labor planning, payroll goals, sales, and productivity. I build strong relationships with customers and team members while keeping operations running efficiently.

My experience also includes supervising at Jamba Juice, training staff, maintaining service standards under pressure, and using forecasting and schedules to support labor efficiency.
