I’m an operations leader with 20+ years of progressively promoted retail management experience at Walmart, most recently overseeing a $176M annual sales volume supercenter with 500+ associates and 18 salaried managers. I’m known for owning results across budget, safety, and customer experience while building strong teams that deliver every day.
My core strengths are workforce planning and scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management—translating high-volume, in-person operational leadership into disciplined execution. I build and adjust coverage schedules to balance labor cost against customer demand and keep service levels and productivity on target.
I also partner cross-functionally on sales and profit planning, reporting, and operational strategy, with a focus on process improvement, inventory and shrink control, and retention.
