I'm looking to continue supporting reliable production applications through monitoring, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, automation, and cross-functional work that improves system stability and business continuity.

I've supported production applications at Shiprocket and Zenon Systems, investigating incidents, restoring services, and maintaining availability in Linux-based environments.

At Shiprocket, I used Grafana, Dynatrace, Oracle SQL, and ServiceNow to diagnose performance and data issues, support query optimization, and manage Incident, Problem, and Change workflows aligned with ITIL.
