I'm looking for an application or production support role where I can resolve complex incidents, improve reliability, reduce recurrence through root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with Engineering and SRE teams.

I support 24x7 production environments, resolving critical P1/P2 incidents and restoring services while meeting SLA commitments.

I troubleshoot applications across APIs, databases, infrastructure, SQL, Linux, AWS, and Azure. I conduct root cause analysis to reduce incident recurrence and improve system stability.

I collaborate with Engineering, SRE, and client teams using Grafana, Jira, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes to deliver seamless customer support.
