I am a Production Support professional with experience supporting enterprise applications in the airline domain. I have hands-on experience in SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, Splunk, and ServiceNow.

My experience includes production incident management, application troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), application monitoring, and BAU activities. I also perform code modifications to resolve application issues, followed by build, testing, and production deployment activities.
