I’m a bilingual administrative and customer operations professional with experience supporting U.S.-based clients in a fast-paced remote environment. I’ve managed high-volume inbound customer requests for a major U.S.-based travel company, handling reservation modifications, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes while maintaining quality and satisfaction.

I resolve complex issues by analyzing customer needs, following company policies, and keeping accurate case documentation in Zendesk while working across multiple systems including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. I’m currently building my data skills through a Data Analysis Bootcamp (In progress) and I’m passionate about organization, process improvement, data analysis, and administrative support—so I can contribute to business growth in a remote role.
