I currently manage administrative operations for Diocese of Metuchen Cemeteries, overseeing personnel, payroll, deposits, accounts payable and receivable, contracts, client documentation, and internal data systems. I process 150–200 contracts monthly while building funeral-home partnerships and identifying inventory opportunities that support revenue growth.

Previously, I directed front- and back-of-house operations at Little Italy Metuchen, managing a 20+ person team, financial reporting, POS configuration, labor costs, inventory, hiring, training, promotions, and guest experience. I also designed a craft cocktail program and premium bar menu aligned with the restaurant’s brand.

At Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, I supervised up to 50 employees across restaurant operations, sales and payroll reporting, scheduling, recruitment, banking, inventory control, and health, safety, and liquor compliance.

I bring more than 10 years of leadership across office administration, restaurant management, sales counseling, and customer relationships. I’m looking to contribute strong leadership, financial oversight, and operational excellence in a long-term opportunity.
