I’m a digital marketing and client delivery professional with 20+ years of experience across account management, project delivery, client engagement, and digital strategy. As the Founder and Managing Director of a digital marketing and branding agency, I lead client relationships end-to-end—translating business goals into actionable execution and measurable online growth.
I manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and strategy alignment through campaign coordination, performance discussions, and ongoing relationship management. I’m the bridge between clients and delivery teams—identifying growth opportunities, aligning on priorities, and keeping projects moving smoothly, even in fast-paced remote environments.

Earlier in my career, I held progressive leadership roles including Regional Client Engagement & Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Manager. I supported enterprise clients through software implementation, training rollout, and stakeholder engagement—coordinating geographically distributed teams, managing risk and issue resolution, and ensuring delivery continuity for organizations like Sappi, Sasol, and UNESCO.
