Rebuilt and continuously improved a 450-page documentation site (including TileDB Academy) as the sole writer/editor. Partnered with Engineering and Product to ship documentation coverage with every release, implemented Microsoft/Google/Red Hat grounded style standards, and delivered training for a 40-person Engineering and Product organization.

Improved documentation site UX and SEO using structured data, link standardization, and enhanced testing/linting tooling. Built automation to reduce manager toil by associating work items with Jira epics, orchestrated enterprise trials, reduced site build times by over 35%, and improved search experience with Algolia.

Wrote and maintained CockroachDB documentation with engineering collaboration on new features, schema updates, and data migrations. Streamlined release note generation by consolidating per-release notes into a single version page, reducing writer toil and improving the reader experience.

Developed full-stack, SQL-based compensation management applications in the beqom platform for financial services clients. Built and customized database objects and test cases based on requirements from regulatory and project teams, and created best practices, documentation, and training for end users and developers.

Provided hardware and software infrastructure support, including upgrades to existing systems. Performed structural review and enhancements to slide decks and course materials for professional development training.
