What I'm looking for

Implementation and client enablement on complex, configurable products — configuring to fit, then getting client teams to where they can run it themselves. I want colleagues who are good at their jobs, a company that acts on what clients tell it, and a place where noticing a problem and fixing it is something one person can actually do. No sales component.

Four years implementing a configuration-heavy SaaS platform for institutional clients, running in production at 2100+ organizations. Covers the full arc: configure the product to what the client actually needs, train their staff to run it themselves, and write the documentation they use once the call ends. Works in the query layer and in front of the room, and translates between the two.

Interested in AI applications, policy, and alignment; open-source software; Linux at home and at work. Science fiction and tabletop RPG enthusiast.
