Hi, I’m Nichele Chandler from Trinidad & Tobago. I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in customer service, telesales, and administrative support across remote, hybrid, and on-site roles. I’ve worked with major clients like FLOW and American Home Shield, where I handled billing issues, outbound retention calls, appointment scheduling, and service inquiries — all while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
