I’m a dedicated administrative and client service specialist with 15+ years of experience supporting customers, coordinating teams, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. I’m known for being adaptable and reliable, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

Most recently, I worked as a Client Service Excellence Service Specialist, handling real-time customer support through live chat and managing up to three clients simultaneously. I drafted accurate correspondence with attention to spelling, grammar, and professionalism, and I delivered technical support to resolve client issues promptly while meeting service level goals.

Before that, I served as an Administrative Assistant supporting scheduling, data compilation, report preparation, and meeting/event coordination. I also managed correspondence, screened calls, maintained office inventory and databases, and supported budget submissions—ensuring records were organized, accessible, and audit-ready.
