What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to grow professionally while utilizing my customer service and administrative skills.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Education with a GPA of 3.6 at UTT, where I am committed to gaining knowledge and skills that will enable me to contribute effectively to any organization. My mission is to better myself and be a valuable asset to my future employer.

With extensive experience in customer service roles, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. I have worked with Amplia Communications and Digicel Trinidad and Tobago, where I resolved customer issues and ensured satisfaction within agreed service levels. My background also includes administrative support, where I honed my organizational skills and attention to detail.

In addition to my professional experience, I have a strong foundation in various subjects, including Information Technology and Business Management. I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge in a dynamic work environment that values growth and development.
