What I'm looking for

I’m seeking international remote employment in a customer-facing support role, where I can apply my operations and communication experience while developing deeper expertise in web applications and SaaS support.

At Victor Attah International Airport, I coordinated operational teams of more than 30 staff per shift and communicated with passengers, airline personnel, security teams, and airport departments to support passenger facilitation.

I identified operational issues, shared details with the appropriate teams, escalated matters requiring specialist action, and followed through to support resolution. I also explained procedures during time-sensitive situations and maintained operational documentation and reports.

While supporting improvements to passenger-screening flow, coordination helped achieve a turnaround of approximately 15–18 minutes against an initial target of 18 minutes. I’m seeking a remote, customer-facing support role and developing deeper expertise in web applications and SaaS support.
