At Zetta Farms, I partner with co-founders to turn executive vision into localized field roadmaps, manage P&L for a 3,000+ acre portfolio, and build the operating systems behind performance. I developed a ₹7Cr annual operating plan, evaluated 50+ agri projects, and reduced operational leakages by 50% through financial models and MIS analytics.

I led the BI function to ship an AI chatbot that automates daily reporting and saves 100+ manual hours each month. I also designed department-level MIS and KPI systems that improved efficiency and productivity by 70%, while scaling headcount 2x in two months and owning HR, payroll, compliance, and policy.

Previously, I founded Green Shift Recycling Solutions, building a full-stack waste-management business from scratch. I owned end-to-end P&L, reached a 9% profit margin across 500+ tons of recycled waste, generated ₹50L+ in revenue within five months, and built partnerships across B2B and government channels.

My consulting and operations foundation spans Tata Consultancy Services and Coal India, where I led digital transformation, due diligence, pre-sales, mine operations, and workforce performance initiatives. I bring an IIT BHU and IIM Calcutta background to building disciplined execution, stronger unit economics, and high-performing teams.
