I've advised C-suite and COO leaders at Hewlett Packard Enterprise across global technology portfolios, shaping portfolio strategy, transformation programs, GTM execution, and AI-enabled decision platforms. My work delivered $5M+ in EBITDA improvement, $16M in structural cost savings, $20M+ in incremental revenue, and faster executive decision-making.

Now, as an independent Strategy & AI Consultant, I'm helping Tata Power Odisha use AI to detect power theft and revenue leakage while training 200+ leaders in AI-driven decision-making. I've also launched an AI-enabled digital education platform from concept through commercialization.
