At Merck & Co., Inc., I designed and delivered ServiceNow HRSD, including its data model, Workday integrations, and HR case and catalog configuration. I also built a Copilot Studio agent grounded in HRSD requirements so HR teams could ask about catalog items and case routing.

I’ve also built ServiceNow live dashboards and an HR Knowledge Intelligence Agent proof of concept, and created HR reporting dashboards at Merck. Earlier at Kennametal Inc., I supported HRIS implementations and cross-platform data governance across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP Vantage.
