What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead ServiceNow architecture and delivery for enterprise organizations, building secure, scalable IT, HR, and workflow automation solutions while mentoring teams and driving platform governance, integrations, and digital transformation.

At xtype.io, I design enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, including CMDB and automated Discovery for AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. I lead platform architecture, security governance, upgrades, cloning, performance optimization, and developer mentorship.

Previously at eSolutionsONE, I led full lifecycle implementations and integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Okta, and SCCM using REST and SOAP services. I also built Service Catalog workflows, Service Portal widgets, CMDB audits, and performance analytics dashboards.

Across 11 years in ServiceNow, I've delivered ITSM rollouts, HR service delivery, GRC automation, and reusable integration patterns while building secure, scalable platforms aligned with ITIL and enterprise compliance needs.
