I’m a ServiceNow Architect with 14+ years of hands-on platform experience across consulting, product, and enterprise environments. I’ve supported implementations from initial scoping through long-term ownership across fintech, healthcare, insurance, legal, telecom, and manufacturing.

I’m certified across five ServiceNow tracks (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-RC, CIS-DF) and bring deep experience in ITSM, GRC, CMDB/CSDM, SecOps, HRSD, IntegrationHub, and Now Assist. I’m drawn to hard problems—messy CMDB data, tangled integrations, and governance programs that don’t stick—and I’m comfortable leading both technical delivery and stakeholder alignment.

In my current role, I own the ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HR Service Delivery, and GRC—consolidating legacy tools into a single governed instance and driving upgrade roadmaps. I’ve rolled out Now Assist (Virtual Agent, case summarization, agent assist), rebuilt the CMDB from the ground up using CSDM 4.0, and replaced point-to-point integrations with IntegrationHub connecting Azure AD, Okta, Jira, Salesforce, and SAP.

I also deliver practical governance and measurable outcomes: I deployed GRC/IRM with policy, risk, and audit workflows aligned to SOX and NIST CSF, structured Security Operations with playbook-driven incident and vulnerability response, and built HIPAA-compliant HR workflows from process mapping to implementation. Across earlier projects, I’ve led ITSM transformations, IRM/Audit Management programs, HR/Customer Service/Field Service implementations, and greenfield development—backed by regression testing with ATF and a strong emphasis on usability and adoption.
