I’m a remote customer experience and operations professional with 10+ years supporting high-volume customer interactions and administrative workflows. In my current Guest Experience Center Agent role at Sonic Automotive, I manage inbound inquiries, internet leads, and live chat, coordinating appointment scheduling and customer follow-up while keeping accurate CRM documentation in Elead.

Across my background, I’ve owned CRM and SaaS-driven processes, maintained documentation and reporting, and collaborated across teams to streamline operations.
