What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing leadership role where I can manage service operations, support staff, and resolve billing/credit concerns with a detail-oriented, people-first approach.

I’m a detail-oriented Banquet Captain/Key Manager with experience arranging banquet rooms, organizing incoming and outgoing supplies, and supporting offsite banquets. In my current role, I also support the server staff by cashing out servers at the end of shift and managing their money and the “moral influencer dynamic” of the shift.

Before this, I worked as a Service Agent (remote) assisting customers over the phone with credit-related payment needs, settling disputes for payments, transactions, and statements, and filing consumer complaints as requested. I’ve also built strong customer service and floor leadership experience as a server, consistently maintaining service standards and following safe service regulations while responding quickly to questions and concerns.
