In my current account manager role, I deliver high-volume service via phone and email, building quick rapport, handling objections, and maintaining a consistently upbeat, team-oriented tone. I manage 125–160 interactions per day and repeatedly exceed daily performance goals.

Previously, I worked as an Outside Sales Representative, engaging customers face-to-face with confidence and adapting my communication style to different personalities and situations. I handled transactions, documentation, and follow-up accurately to keep service smooth and customer satisfaction high.

Before that, I worked in food service in both front and back of house, providing fast, friendly counter and table service while managing orders, payments, and guest concerns. I worked reliably through peak rushes, collaborating with kitchen and FOH teams to maintain clear communication and an efficient service flow.
