What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can lead a team, improve processes, and deliver excellent service—using my CRM/POS experience and training strengths while continuing to grow into responsible leadership.

I’m an experienced customer service professional with leadership, retail, and call center experience. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction, backed by hands-on work handling cash and supporting teams.

I’ve supported customers through curbside pickup, online orders, and cashier responsibilities at Macy’s and several restaurant locations. In call-center roles at Alorica and IQor, I resolved issues, used CRM systems to manage interactions, documented inquiries, and worked to meet service goals.

I also contribute to team capability through training and process improvement. From CADC, I handled community outreach along with team training, reporting, and engagement—so I’m comfortable taking initiative and improving how the team delivers results.
