What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can guide students and families through academic planning and counseling, lead programs or teams, and collaborate with educators to create a supportive, compliant learning environment.

I’m an experienced School Counselor with 10+ years in academic advising, student support, and program coordination. I help students and families with academic planning, course selection, transcript review, testing coordination, and post-secondary options, while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

In my leadership roles, I supervised and evaluated counseling teams and implemented policies and best practices based on state laws and competencies. I also developed a K-12 Virtual Counseling program for two Washington virtual public schools, serving approximately 2500 students, and acted as an administrator collaborating with cross-functional teams to support student well-being.

I bring a student-centered approach and strong communication skills to every environment, from crisis intervention as a primary point of contact to ongoing collaboration with school teams and stakeholders. I’ve also led content and community management and managed Virtual School Counseling operations, creating web and social media resources that keep students, parents, and educators informed and engaged.
