Davina Campbell-Washington
@davinacampbell-washi
School counselor and youth program leader transforming adolescents through guidance and mentorship.
What I'm looking for
I’m a School Counselor and youth program professional who helps adolescents reach their full potential—from early learning to young adults preparing for careers. I bring demonstrated strength in overall program management, program planning and design, curriculum development, and volunteer management.
In my current and recent counseling roles, I guide students on academic performance, social skills, self-esteem, and attendance using person-centered, solution-focused approaches. I also counsel on friendship matters, bullying, classroom behavior issues, and challenges at home, while coordinating plans with parents, staff, and students.
Beyond counseling, I’m the creator and co-founder of a youth mentoring program (2018–present) built to foster life-skills across schools, communities, and social media. I’ve organized youth training sessions on character-building skills, led community engagement strategies, and created youth field trips through NAACP meetings, college tours, and community-based social gatherings—supported by my ongoing Doctorate of Educational Leadership work.
